At the restaurant, the traditional Hubertusstube and the new Jagdstube in Saalbach-Hinterglemm you will find a place to enjoy and stay after an adventurous day. Fortify yourself with regional Austrian cuisine and chat about the experiences of the day in Hinterglemm over a glass of wine. We will particularly pamper you with dishes from young Salzburg cattle, homemade smoked products, fish from our own mountain fishpond and game specialties from our own hunting grounds.
