Safe holidays - our cancellation conditions
Book your holidays without worries: At the Hubertushof we would like to give you a safe holiday experience - in every respect and beginning already when you book. This is why we have adapted our cancellation conditions to the current situation.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- up to 3 months before arrival free of charge
- 3 to 1 month before arrival 40 % cancellation fee of the total price
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70 % cancellation fee of the total price
- in the last week before arrival, late arrival and early departure 100% cancellation fee of the total price
Cancellations must be made in writing by mail or by e-mail, moreover, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.

Travel Insurance:
Please take advantage of our insurance service of the European Travel Insurance directly with your booking or afterwards, this is approx. 5% of the travel price (graduated prices according to info sheet). Otherwise we assume that you do not need an insurance, because you have your own insurance cover or none is desired. Please understand that in case of cancellation, fees will be charged within the legal limits.
