You get your bike pass at the Zwölferkogel Station.

This is located in the basement, each room has its own heated locker (for bike equipment) with the respective room number. The bike room is locked all day, is under video surveillance and can only be entered with the door code 5754. Please make sure the door is closed well when leaving. There is also a bike garage with hanging devices next to the bike room entrance. The garage can be locked with the room key and should always be locked.

We ask you to pay your final bill in the evening before your departure between 4.00 and 9.00 pm.

In the winter our bar and restaurant is closed every Tuesday.

In the Summer our bar and restaurant is closed every Monday.

We kindly ask you to wear appropriate clothes in the dining halls.

You can pay with your EC card as well as with credit card (Master Card, Visa).

In addition to a high altitude cross-country ski track you can also enjoy the cross-country ski track at the valley head.

Please choose the main course at dinner the day before (by ticking the option on the menu card). We kindly ask you to give us notice as soon as possible if you bring friends or acquaintances to dinner.

All drinks are billed to your room. The prices can be found on the drinks menu. We kindly ask you to understand that it is not allowed to consume your own drinks in the dining room.

With the door code 5754 you can enter the hotel anytime. You do not need to take your room key with you and can leave it at the reception.

We kindly ask you to vacate your rooms until 10.00 am and to pay your hotel bill on the day before departure until 9.00 pm.

The escape routes are marked with green signs according to international standards.

In the case of an emergency there is a map with the location of your room on your room door. This map can be taken with you in the case of an emergency.

We use many different foods in our kitchen. Should you suffer from an allergy or food intolerance please inform us when you arrive. For information about allergens in our dishes please ask us at the reception.

The hotel has a central fire detector system for all areas of the hotel. It is forbidden to fiddle with open fire in the whole hotel area. When the fire brigade is called the costs must be paid.

Can be found on every floor. The exact locations are marked on the map on your room door.

The floodlight piste is located directly behind the hotel and is available to our guests Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. It can be used with your valid ski pass without any additional charge.

Enjoy a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride at the wonderful end of the valley. Bookings can be made at the Lindlingalm under 004365417190.

The times for the Holy mass can be found in our parish’s info letter which is available at the reception.

An ice skating rink can be found at the Saalbach Hinterglemm Sport Centre next to the tennis hall.

Local tax is not included in the price. It amounts to € 2.00 per day and per person from the age of 15 up.

Our tap water is drinkable and clear.

Any mail or message will be held for you in your key compartment at the reception. The post office can be found at the Glemmtaler Landesstraße 556 in Saalbach.

Our car park is located right next to our hotel. Parking is free but we are not liable for losses or damages.

In the centre of Hinterglemm, next to the Spar supermarket.

We charge € 20.00 per dog and night. The pet owner is liable for all dirt without any constrictions. We kindly ask you not to bring your four-legged friend to the dining room. THANK YOU

We ask you to hand in the room key at the reception on the day of departure. In the case of loss we must charge € 200.00.

You will find a hotel safe in your room. Instructions for use:

• Close the door
• Enter a random code (4-6 digits)
• Press LOCK (L)

To open:

• Enter the code you chose

IMPORTANT: Please keep the safe open at your departure.

Bus stop at the Zwölferkogel. The bus leaves every 20 minutes.

Your ski pass can be picked up at the reception.

The ski room is located in the basement and every room has an own heated locker (for the whole ski equipment) with the room number on it. The ski room is always locked, video monitored and can only be opened with the door code (5754). Please make sure that the door is firmly closed when you leave the ski cellar.

We kindly ask you not to wear your ski boots in the upper floors.

The nearest ski school can be found in the neighbouring house.

The Finnish sauna, herb sauna and infrared cabin are open every day from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm or on agreement.

We kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in the rooms and in the restaurant, also in consideration of the other guests.

At the valley head right next to the Lindlingalm you can reach an artificially made path which leads through the treetops of our mountain forest.

Let's go on a fun toboggan ride on the Reiterkogel! Only possible with rental toboggans! - Illuminated toboggan run. Open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
